We're serious about community-building. So we don't pack up and split when the job is done. Instead, we donate time, resources, and elbow grease to the local organizations we care about. Our services don't come cheap, though - we demand payment in smiles per acre. Because building a better future isn't about building homes. It's about taking care of the people who live in them.

Columbia Builders has been a major force behind the growth and development of regional Arc (Association of Retarded Citizens) activities. We’re especially proud to have built and donated residential facilities designed specifically for the special needs of Arc’s members.

When a local Red Cross unit needed a headquarters, Columbia Builders was there.

To enrich the learning of young students, Columbia Builders designed, constructed, and donated several outdoor classrooms to local elementary schools.

Access to higher education is important to Columbia Builders. So we’ve taken strong leadership roles within community colleges, as well as four-year colleges and universities throughout the region.

Columbia Builders is also proud to have supported local cancer societies, heart associations, Boy Scout councils, festivals of the arts, family shelters and social welfare organizations, hospice and palliative care activities, hospitals, and major medical research activities.
